Why Does It Appear That Evil Is Winning?

If you are at all curious about why God allows the increase of so many terrible things and what the Bible says about it, then this page might interest you. I will warn you, that the truth contained here is controversial, unpopular but correct.

The religious establishment has often missed the truth down through the ages. It happened in Jesus' day. The religious establishment and even the disciples believed that the Messiah was going to come and overthrow the dictatorship of Rome that they were under. They simply could not grasp that their Messiah had come to die. That is because they were familiar with some, but not all Scripture that tells the full story of salvation and deliverance.

Many are so concerned about the encroaching of evil of all kinds, from all directions: The removal of crosses from public places, the removal of Bible verses, the Ten Commandments carted out of a State building, restrictions on who can pray in public and where prayers can be made, alternate life styles, same-sex marriages. There just isn't enough space to list all the wrong and terrible things. And it is really against Scripture to talk much about the details of sin and darkness.

"For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret." [Ephesians 5:12]

I get mass mailings from important Christian leaders telling me that we Christians must unite to stop this or that evil thing, to save our Country. I get e-mails asking me to sign a petition to try and influence politicians to legislate laws that will correct the disintegrating status of America. Important Christian movers and shakers are trying to find a way to break the strangle hold of misguided politicians and courts.

Some of these same "Christian" leaders are themselves falling into immorality and sin, being exposed and eaten alive in the media.

Pastors vigorously remind us to pray for direction and then go to the voting booth and turn this Nation around. They tell us that if all the believers voted, and voted under God's direction that the Nation would move back from darkness and toward the light of God. They sometimes even connect the coming of revival with getting the right people elected.

Certainly we must pray before we vote. We must be guided by the Lord. We must always vote for candidates that are more aligned with goodness as defined by God's Word.

Yet there doesn't seem to be much difference between candidates. When I look at the ballot I don't find very many candidates that will make a strong stand for righteousness, holiness and purity. Most votes I have cast were for a mixture of good and evil at the best. Candidates can seldom be elected if they take many really clear stands anyway. Candidates become more and more fuzzy and foggy, appearing to support whatever you like, as well as the opposite thing your neighbor likes. When they do get elected I find them disappointing at best.

The Bible is the exact opposite of everything political and fuzzy. It is a book of sharp focus. It is such a wonderful Book. It is beyond being just a book. It is Jesus Christ in written form. And when the water of the Holy Spirit is poured upon the Words in the Bible, Jesus can literally become more real than HE was for Peter, James and John walking with Jesus on the Jericho road. That is because the Holy Spirit can work within us, not just beside us. Jesus could only walk beside his disciples, not in them.

I have noticed that the churches today seem to have lost their ability to understand God's Word, or maybe they just don't read it that much. I'm not sure. It is so clear in God's Word as to why evil is getting stronger and stronger and righteousness is waning. The Bible explains it!

The Bible tells us we are living in the last generation prior to the end-time because Jesus said that one of the generations alive when Israel blooms again as a Nation is the final generation. Israel is the fulfillment of what Jesus calls "the Fig Tree." [See Matthew 24:32-34] 1948 is the year the Fig Tree burst forth again after thousands of years. My Dad was 33 years old when Israel became a Nation. I believe that Jesus was saying that some of my Dad's generation will still be alive when God calls the purified portion of HIS church home to Heaven.

In speaking of the End Times Jesus said, "And because INIQUITY SHALL ABOUND, the love of many shall wax [GROW] cold." [Matthew 24:12] The last days of our segment of history, which some call "the church age," will not be a time of great wide-spread TRUE spiritual vitality. This era will superficially appear great. It will be a great era in the eyes of a fallen church. Yet in reality the final age of the church is decayed. The last period of church history is the Laodicean Church Era, a church that thought it was "hot stuff," but in reality was a lukewarm debacle. See Revelation 3:14 and following.

Jesus warned his disciples in Matthew 24 that deception amongst HIS followers would be rampant in the end times. That tells us that the end-time church will be a church with very little ability to discern the true from the false. This is now coming to pass as leading clergy leaders are discovered to have fallen. But the revelation of their sin comes from sinners who blow the warning whistle when they recognize a hypocrite. That should tell us all that the visible church has fallen so low it cannot see for looking! New pastors have to be given psychological testing to ferret out the bad eggs because Holy Spirit discernment is such a rare commodity in the modern church!

Jesus said that "...because iniquity shall abound, the love of many will grow cold." That is very clear. If you look carefully at Jesus' words, you can see that HE was saying that evil is going to burst forth and grow overwhelmingly in the last era. Many who serve God, who have that agape love of God will be drained. It will be a reverse fire. The fires of darkness will suck out the fire of the love of God from many believers. A kind of evil spell will take over in many of God's people. What a sobering message Christ gave!

St. Paul agrees with Jesus when Paul warns, "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day [the culmination of all things] shall not come, EXCEPT THERE COME A FALLING AWAY FIRST..." [Paul teaches that many Christians will lose spiritual ground in the final hours of history prior to the appearance of anti-Christ] "...and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" --Paul [2 Thessalonians 2:3] The cooling and back sliding church will signal to true believers the approaching time of Satan's son, the World dictator.

Long ago the prophet Daniel foretold that in the last era of history there would be an evil time for believers. "I beheld, and the same horn [The anti-Christ] made war with the SAINTS, and PREVAILED AGAINST THEM;" [Daniel 7:21]

It has been pre-determined that there will be a time at the end, when believers will lose their lives in great numbers, when the anti-Christ moves to exterminate them. Some of these who lose their heads will be those "lukewarm," "Left Behind" Christians who did not believe in the deeper things of the Holy Spirit. They liked being cultural Christians. They liked being engaged to God, but not getting married to God. They liked to "go steady" with God. They desired "an arrangement" with God, if you please. And so they miss their chance to escape the horrors coming upon the Earth. They miss the "Twinkling of an Eye" departure of the true ones. [See 1st Corinthians 15:52] They did not receive the Bible truth about becoming an "Overcomer." [See Revelation 2:7, 2:11, 2:17, 2:26, 3:5, 3:12, and 21:7]

The Tribulation period is so horrible, so shakingly awful that God does not wish to subject HIS purified ones, HIS totally sanctified ones, to the rigors of such destructive testing. Pure believers are like St. Paul, who said that he had enough love to be willing to give up his own salvation if it might spur his fellow Jews to receive Christ. God knows that some of HIS purified ones, forced through the Tribulation, might be tempted to take the mark and lose their faith if they were tricked into believing by doing so they thought they could save a loved one from being lost eternally. They might lay down their eternal destiny trying to save another.

God is not willing for HIS true ones and fully sanctified ones to face such a choice. Jesus even mentions this when Christ hints that God must shorten the end time because even some of the elect could not make it through that awful period. [That Scripture appears below.] That is why Jesus promises the pure Church of Philidelphia that they will be spared from going through the Tribulation. That Scripture was placed in the Bible to tell us that the sanctified and pure church will be taken out to spare it, that none of those fully dedicated ones will be put in a position that might rob God of any of HIS true ones. During the Tribulation some of the "lukewarm," "Left Behind" ones will get very serious with God. They will begin to "mean business" with God! They will realize that they missed the great escape (Rapture). Yes I know a lot of popular preachers say the word "rapture" is not in the Bible, and they are correct. The Bible has a better title for it: "The Twinkling of an Eye". That phrase describes how fast overcoming Christians will depart, when God takes them out of the awful things to come. [See 1st Corinthians 15:52]

When Jesus speaks of the End Times HE makes a very revealing comment, "And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days." --Jesus [Mark 13:20]

HE is telling us it is not going to be easy to make it through that final period of time, especially for those that get left behind. But also it tells me that HIS chosen ones will not go through all of it; for them it will be shortened. This is also a hint that there will be an escape or rapture. Further, I believe this Scripture teaches that God is going to do something to time, itself, that will hamper the enemy, making time less useful to Satan, in order to spare God's people. I personally believe that is the reason time is speeding by us at such a "break-neck" speed! God has tweaked time. Something is up with time. Haven't you noticed that in the last 50 years time seems to be accelerating. I don't think that is my imagination! I don't think that is just because I'm busier now. Something is up with time!!

Another strong indication that there will be a Rapture is found in Jesus' words to the Church of Philadelphia.

Philadelphia was the truest church of the seven in Revelation. All the original Seven Churches mentioned in Revelation missed the Official Tribulation, because it still hasn't arrived nearly 2,000 years later. All of those Seven Churches are extinct today. The fact that Jesus promised the most correct church an escape from the Great Tribulation says something to all of us. It tells us that the Church of Philadelphia is "AN EXAMPLE, A TYPE", an acceptable type in God's eyes!

Jesus picked only these Seven Churches to speak of, located in what is the country of Turkey today. Jesus did not mention any of the many, many other churches of that day in other regions. Since only these seven churches were selected to be mentioned, and since all of these churches are extinct today, (Today Christianity in modern Turkey is a struggle against persecution, and death threats!) we can conclude that these churches were each a type of what churches become. Every church in all history equates with one of the Seven categories. The Philadelphia Church stood out from the others. Jesus, basically, found nothing negative in the Philadelphia congregation.

Here is the Scripture where HE makes that glorious promise, I believe, to churches that fall into the Philadelphia category.

"Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth." [See Revelation 3:10]

The Holy Spirit reveals that another verse in the Book of Revelation can be connected with Revelation 3:10. That Scripture is:

"He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son." [Revelation 21:7]

Christians who live the life of an overcomer (the highest and purest level of the faith), Jesus will spare to a greater or lesser degree from the terrible Tribulation time, and nothing will be withheld from them. The Exodus of the true believers and all other good things will not be withheld from them.

The fact that there is going to be a "Twinkling of An Eye" or Rapture, great escape of true believers tells us that things are going to get so bad on Planet Earth that God is going to have to remove his purest people. HE is going to remove them because such testing would do them no good. One of the purposes of the Tribulation is to wring out the last sinner who might turn to God. That testing is so strong that it might cause someone to give up. Someone might give up the faith if they thought it might save their child from torture or execution. God is not interested in causing holy people to sacrifice their eternal life to save another person from death. But some dedicated, loving believers might do that!

In speaking about the Rapture I want to be very candid when I say, I don't really know exactly where the line of demarcation is between the holy overcomers and the carnal, worldly, back slidden, lukewarm believers. Maybe that line varies depending on each believer, as to how God sees it?? Yet, I do know that it has something to do with the flame of the Holy Spirit burning within them. A bright Holy Ghost flame insures a departure pass. A quenched Holy Spirit flame means the departure pass is invalidated. This has to do with the parable of the wise and foolish virgins in Matthew 25.

It could be that after the departure of the purified ones, that those who remain may be surprised who remains. It is not implausible that Billy Graham would be taken and your pastor, left behind. I know that if I should die I would go to be with the Lord. But I can't tell you that I am truly "Rapture Ready." I pray I am. But I have this feeling deep within that the line of demarcation is MUCH higher than we have been commonly taught in popular Christian literature. I believe THAT FACT because of this Scripture:

"Follow...holiness, WITHOUT WHICH no man shall see the Lord. [Hebrews 12:14]

The Left Behind series of Books is pretty accurate, except in one area. That series teaches that every "born again" believer in Jesus will be Raptured. I wish that was true, but Jesus' Parable of the Ten Virgins in Matthew 25, along with other Scriptures tells us something different. Perhaps as many as half of the born again Christians will have to stay and be purified by the Tribulation. That would mean the purification of martyrdom for most all who remain.

If you study the Bible word "holiness" you know that it means separated exclusively unto God, with total purity, with perfect love toward all enemies, with no bitterness, no unforgiveness, no pride, not even a slight appearance or shadow, even, that might confuse anyone into thinking the believer is not perfectly victorious. That is a very HIGH standard!

Who, but Christ, can easily attain that?? Who but Christ can pour that into a life?? One must die, that Christ might live within them. St. Paul talks about "dying" to this world. The Scripture says that all must die. Holiness comes only through a dying process. Believers can gain holiness as they die on their death beds or by the executioner's hand. Better yet, believers can die spiritually through the mighty working of being baptized in and by the Holy Spirit, being brought into the life of separation, death to the old man, the new life of an overcomer, one controlled by the Spirit of God rather than by the old nature.

To me this is like getting married to God. In my early Christian life I was engaged to God. I was just seeking after HIM. But my dedication was very shallow. I was a "fair-weather" believer. I was a virgin with little oil, no reserves. I was a "foolish virgin," so to speak. My "first love" for Jesus started strong, but grew weaker as time progressed. Later I sought and sought for the over-flowing of the Holy Spirit of God, the fullness of the reservoir of the oil of God. I continue to seek for more of God. My desire is to be married to God, sold out, dead to all things of this World, all attractions of this World.

Getting back to the subject of encroaching evil: Jesus tells us that evil will encroach to the point on Earth that all Godly works will cease!

"I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work." --Jesus [John 9:4]

Jesus said that a time of total darkness was coming to planet Earth. Darkness and evil are going to totally rule for a period during the end times.

Isaiah the prophet foretells that even the Earth itself will be horribly polluted and ruined by evil on the Earth. He hints the Earth will be so ruined that only Divine, supernatural, miracle power can reverse the awful result of man's wrong doings. Here too we see that the Bible teaches that evil will overcome the Earth for a time. [See Isaiah 24:1-13]

Then at the end of Chapter 26 Isaiah is inspired to write:

"Come, my people, enter into your rooms, And close your doors behind you; Hide for a little while Until indignation runs its course. For behold, the Lord is about to come out from His place To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; And the earth will reveal her bloodshed, And will no longer cover her slain." [Isaiah 26:20-21 NASB]

That little phrase: "Until indignation runs its course..." is very important. It reveals that God is allowing evil to come to full fruit. God is not going to de-rail evil prior to destroying it. No, instead God is going to let evil have a full and complete chance to prove itself a failure. Satan will never be able to complain that God stopped Satan before Satan could show he had a successful system. Darkness is going to be allowed to prove itself a total failure.

And yet we have these well known and very respected Christian leaders talking about reversing the process and saving the Nation of the United States of America. We have a group of preachers who believe in a teaching called THE KINGDOM NOW theology. They believe the church can establish God's kingdom so strongly upon Earth that the whole Earth will be changed and purified by the church's great work, that Jesus will have to return. In fact they believe that Jesus can't return until the church does this work. In their eyes the church is the saviour of this Earth.

But the Bible teaches that only one nation on earth is going to have it's national dreams fulfilled!! All other nations are going to be severely judged. Their secular systems, and the World system are going to be PURGED:

"And out of HIS [Jesus'] mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God." [Revelation 19:15]

"I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land." [Joel 3:2]

God is not interested in saving the national governments and blood lines of political power that are in this World!! Jesus is going to become the King above all kings on this planet! He's going to severely punish and neutralize the world political structures that came against HIS people Israel and divided and subdivided the Holy Land. God is very displeased with the Nations of the Earth cutting up the Holy Land and giving it to other peoples. God gave the Jews everything from the Mediterranean to the Euphrates River, and from the borders of Syria to the borders of Egypt.

The armies of the whole World, unified to resist Christ, will be disintegrated at the Battle of Armageddon in the Valley of Jehoshaphat when Christ merely speaks! The governing powers of the whole World will be purged. Jesus will become King of Israel and the World! Jerusalem will be HIS capital! Satan's son, the anti-Christ World dictator, will be deposed by the true Christ!

God is interested only in saving men and women, boys and girls and Israel. He will be terribly severe with all the governing political powers of the countries of the World for "parting," or dividing up Israel and giving parts of The Holy Land to other groups. Interestingly the Bible says that the true borders of Israel include what today is Lebanon, Jordan and half of Iraq, believe it or not! And the World is trying to take away what Israel has now. The United Nations (U.N.) in 1948 did not even give Israel all that the Bible says is Israel's territory! But in this era the World is trying to take away much of the little the U.N. did give.

The Bible teaches that only a small percentage of the World's total population will receive Jesus and gain eternal life in Heaven. Jesus, Himself, gives us the word on this. "Enter ye in at the strait (narrow) gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and MANY there be which go in thereat: Because strait (narrow) is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and FEW there be that find it." --Jesus [Matthew 7:13-14]

The popular idea that the church is going to massively convince great majorities of people to convert, so that most of the World goes to Heaven is not taught in the Bible!! The message of salvation will go to the great masses. But the final count of true converts will be few. Here is another Scripture from Jesus' lips that validates that:

"For many are called, but few are chosen." [Matthew 22:14]

There will be a great later day revival, where millions will be saved, but it is going to come during the Tribulation, times. It will be a revival in sorrow! Nearly all the those converts will be martyred, executed by the world dictator. It will be a bloody revival of loosed heads. The Bible reveals that the world government of that era will execute, by decapitation, those who choose Jesus Christ. [See Revelation 20:4, 7:9-14 and 13:7] But at least those ones will find eternal life with Christ. Anything is better than being lost in eternal torments.

The Bible, very strongly, warns all believers that things are going to go down hill, spiritually, as time progresses toward Christ's return. Only when Jesus appears on that white horse with his holy armies will there be a turn around. Then things will be set right!

"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent (out of control), fierce (brutal), despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." -- St. Paul [2nd Timothy 3:1-5]

Notice that Saint Paul tells us that even the churches will be affected by this down turn. Among the so called Christians will be found those who will be "having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." In the last days you will have to lovingly separate from some who call themselves "Christian" but who are not totally like Jesus, who deny the mighty workings of God. They will be especially annoyed by the teaching of the move and power of the Holy Spirit.

Why is God allowing evil to encroach and then to swallow the whole World?? Here is the answer:

"And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God." [Revelation 14:18-19]

There is a harvest of evil. God is purposely allowing Satan, evil, darkness, wrongness, wickedness to come to FULL fruit. He is NOT nipping evil in the bud! God is allowing evil to take over the planet for a time. God is allowing Satan to have his wicked way, which will run it's course and bring down devastations. God's creation was not made to operate smoothly without God's brilliant control. But God is stepping back and allowing evil to prove how wrong it really is. Evil is going to literally run the Earth to a terrible end. But, why would God allow that??

I believe that God, because HE is so fair and so just, is making sure that evil, and the evil ones, will never be able to say, "We could have ruled well and proved YOU wrong...but YOU used YOUR powers to stop us. We had a better way, but YOU never gave us a chance. We could have shown that our way was better!"

Evil and the evil ones will never be able to say that. They are getting their chance. And because God never loses anything, HE will restore and re-make every pure thing that is harmed. We may think it final that Hitler exterminated 10 million Jews in the death camps. And it was final, as far as man was concerned. But, God is going to restore many Jews who were exterminated. Ezekiel tells us about the dry bones that are raised to life. But that is another subject that you can read about here:

The evil ones do not understand a certain thing that happens to them when they dedicate themselves to darkness. But God tells HIS people what that thing is:

"And for this cause God shall send them *STRONG* *DELUSION*, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." --St. Paul [2nd Thessalonians 2:11-12]

Those who love darkness lose their ability to see straight. Have you noticed that the atheists often say, "We are free thinkers!! We aren't like you Christians who are all bound up in that foolish mythology and you can't even be open minded. You can't be a free thinker like us! We have no limitations. We can entertain any thought and thus find the truth. But you are limited to what is in your Bible. You Christians are all blinded and can't think freely. We can think freely."

That is the "strong delusion" that overcomes people who choose darkness. That is why this Nation and the World are morally sinking very quickly. Many people on planet earth have chosen to go their own way. And as a result they get their thought-wish. God helps them to see their wrong way even more clearly. Suddenly, to them, everything wrong and evil looks pure and right, and everything holy appears to be evil.

God is so good that HE even gives the evil ones their desire to not be burdened with the thought of God and holiness. If they want to live in a universe with no god, then he sends them a delusion of their own creation. All at once they are living their delusion in their imaginary world where they are their own god. Their reality is a delusion, a super strong delusion. Through their delusion it sounds very plausible to them that there are aliens out there who can give us the secrets to living forever through science. At this very moment there are brilliant intellectuals looking for aliens. They are listening through powerful radio receivers for signals from the distant stars. That is their brightest hope for Planet Earth!

Why does God send delusion on adamant sinners?? It is part of HIS great love. When a person gets to the point that they are committed to evil, they have chosen it on a permanent basis; they have closed their minds and hearts to any hope of change; God sees that they are terminal. God sees that their sin has metastasized. They have chosen to be eternally locked on darkness. Then God in HIS great love, knowing that they will spend all eternity in torments, takes what little mercy these sinners have allowed HIM to have for them, and then God shoots them full of spiritual Novacaine, because God has mercy upon them. Some of them HE even blesses with wealth because HE knows that these few days here will be the only small pleasure or joy that they will ever experience. HE loves them so much that HE does what little that they have allowed HIM to do. HE makes them as comfortable as HE can while they scramble determined toward eternal death. How good God is, but how sad that they limit HIS love to this!

Now you can understand why I am amazed at these Christian leaders trying to get us to unite to destroy the delusion that God is sending on the World system. Why should we fight God???? God has no desire to save any government, or any culture but Israel's. Beyond that God wants only to save individuals: men, women, boys and girls who will seek HIM.

We do not need to unite to remove the justices of the Supreme Court! We do not need to unite and band together to get laws passed that stop the majority from doing wicked things they desire to do. It is God's will that evil come to full fruition. It is part of HIS Divine plan. We are unwise to resist God. Our job is to simply pray and obey, to tell the blessed story to as many as will hear and receive. But Jesus is the ONE who is coming to save the creation, not the church. We are only called to be HIS witnesses. We do not battle through flesh and blood means anyway. We battle through prayer and faith.

We need only to tell the Good News of Jesus and salvation. Jesus NEVER spoke against the wicked government of Caesar. Jesus spent HIS time telling folks how good God was. He told them about the Kingdom of God. He didn't waste time trying to change laws and judges and leaders in the kingdoms of men.

"Okay Clint, that is a pretty SAD story! Did you want to depress us or something??" No! Next I have the good news for you:

"These [the wicked kings and all wicked ones] shall make war with the Lamb [JESUS is the Lamb], and the Lamb shall overcome them: for HE is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with HIM are called, and chosen, and faithful." [Revelation 17:14]

When the Earth sinks into the pit of evilness and Satan's hand-picked mad-man (anti-Christ) comes on stage, God will take home to Heaven those who are living as overcomers, the wise Virgins of Matthew 25, who had a reservoir of oil, meaning a fullness or abundance of the Holy Spirit. Then some months later, maybe 42 months, Jesus will come back with HIS army of holy angels and saints who are "called, and chosen, and faithful." HE will come back and cleanse the entire Earth and rule for 1,000 years of wonderfulness! Jesus is the ONE that saves the World.

The church isn't going to be the star who saves the world through the ballot box. In fact the Bible hints that the church will have two parts: the back slidden portion and the smaller remnant of overcomers. [See Jude 3-4 and 19] The Book of Jude tells us that the division in the church will be between those who are into the Holy Spirit and those who are repulsed by the workings of the Holy Spirit.

The foolish virgins of Matthew 25 are the born again believers who did not have a full supply of oil. In other words they did not have the fullness of the Holy Spirit. They had a bit of oil in their lamps that was not replenished. They were not overcomers and God could not take them bodily into Heaven without forcefully purifying them. And God does not break the human spirit!!

God is a gentleman beyond gentleman. And so HE cannot take those foolish Christians who are not spirit-filled (totally surrendered to God), because they would be turned into instant ashes in Heaven. God in Heaven, the Father, is a consuming fire. [See Hebrews 12:29] God, our loving, Heavenly Father's glory is like bleach on cotton! Those who have a love for the World cannot be bodily translated into Heaven safely, unless God forcefully purified them against their will. If anything should land in Heaven that is blended with impurity, the glory of God would consume it, vaporize it! Have you ever wondered why they don't sell bleach in cans??? It is because bleach would consume the can! But plastic bottles are pure in the presence of bleach. Bleach won't consume plastic bottles.

Only the pure can enter Heaven. And so it is easier to get into glory by way of the grave than by way of Rapture. When you die your mind and your body are left behind. I have watched believers as they slowly pass away on a death bed. Their love for the World and the things of the World ebbs away. Soon they only care about God and their loved ones. Wrong thoughts and memories go into the casket. But when you are Raptured your mind and your body are translated into Heaven. There are no left-overs to go into a casket! Translating wrong thoughts, beaming vanities into Heaven would be a fatal thing. God is too good to allow even one of HIS children that HE loves to be destroyed by HIS glorious presence. And so God will leave HIS people who are only partially committed to be purified by trials and martyrdom, giving their lives for HIS Name through death. Physical death and trials are a hard prospect...but far better than eternal death. God is so good!! HE does everything to make it easier. But even when we make it harder...HE will make a way...if we will trust and believe.

I am saddened by church leaders who cannot see the message of the Scripture concerning evil, who believe the church will set all things right through fleshly influences, who cannot see God's plan that is clearly printed in Scripture.
